Job Description

We are looking for a Legal Manager / Senior Legal Manager with 7–12 years of experience to lead and strengthen our legal function. In this role, you will define legal strategy, oversee complex agreements, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to manage legal risks, support business decisions, and build a strong, compliant operational framework.

Key Skills

  • Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal advisory.
  • Deep understanding of corporate, employment, and compliance laws.
  • Experience handling SaaS, MSA, vendor, and partnership agreements.
  • Knowledge of international legal compliance (USA, Canada, Singapore).
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage complex legal projects and escalations.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the organization’s legal strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Provide strategic legal counsel to senior leadership and internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee drafting, review, and negotiation of key agreements including MSAs, SaaS, vendor, and employment contracts.
  • Manage legal matters across contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and employment law.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
  • Lead and mentor the legal team, ensuring high performance and quality delivery.
  • Oversee regulatory filings, insurance, and legal documentation processes.
  • Handle complex legal issues and escalations, coordinating with external counsel when required.
  • Manage legal department operations including workflows, resources, and priorities.
  • Stay updated on legal developments and industry best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external legal partners.
  • Promote a culture of compliance and legal awareness across the organization.
