Role Details

• Position: Executive – Legal
• Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
• Experience: 2–3 Years
• Qualification: LL.B (LL.M preferred)
• Department: Accounts & Finance
• Reporting To: CFO

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and legal documents
• Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external counsel
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Advise on corporate governance and risk management
• Manage intellectual property matters
• Provide legal support to business teams and leaders

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in contract drafting & negotiation
• Good understanding of corporate and commercial laws
• Prior experience with a law firm (preferred)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
