Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, vet, and review commercial agreements (NDAs, MoUs, vendor contracts, lease deeds, etc.)
Maintain and update legal documentation, trackers, and contract repositories
Coordinate with internal teams and external legal counsel on litigation, notices, and legal queries
Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws (e.g., Companies Act, IT Act, labor laws, FSSAI, etc.)
Support in handling IP matters — trademarks, copyrights, and licensing documentation
Prepare legal summaries, risk notes, and MIS reports for the management
Respond to legal notices, government queries, and statutory correspondence in coordination with counsel
Stay updated with regulatory changes and advise internal stakeholders accordingly
Support due diligence and audits as required
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); candidates with a master’s degree (LLM) preferred
1–3 years of experience in a legal or compliance role, preferably in a corporate or law firm environment
Good knowledge of Indian contract law, corporate law, and applicable regulatory frameworks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently with integrity
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
