Legal Counsel

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join TAC Security. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and hands-on experience with Initial Public Offerings (IPO). This role will be critical in managing legal risks, ensuring compliance, and supporting the company’s growth and public listing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage legal aspects of IPO preparation and execution
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, stock exchange, and other regulatory requirements
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Advise management on corporate governance and legal risk mitigation
• Handle due diligence processes and coordinate with external legal advisors
• Support board meetings, filings, and statutory documentation
• Monitor changes in legal and regulatory frameworks and ensure adherence

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• LLB/LLM from a recognized institution
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate law, with proven IPO experience
• Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations and capital markets
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with listed companies or on IPO transactions
• Background in cybersecurity, IT, or tech industry (a plus)
