🔷 About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional for the role of Senior Executive to AGM – Leasing & Business Development.

This role involves supporting leasing operations, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in business development initiatives within the retail/commercial real estate space.

🔷 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and share presentations with prospective clients
• Present and promote retail/commercial projects to brands and retailers
• Handle client communication via email and phone
• Support the leasing process from Letter of Intent (LOI) to store launch
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Project, Sales, CRM, and Legal
• Assist in business development and client relationship management
• Prepare reports and support data analysis for decision-making
• Coordinate fit-out-related queries with relevant stakeholders

🔷 Required Skills: 

• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of retail leasing or commercial real estate
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills

Graduated in any discipline
