About Role:
The Learning & Development Executive will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's end-to-end Learning & Development function for a workforce of approximately 250 employees. The role will focus on building a continuous learning culture by addressing technical capability development, professional and leadership skills, onboarding, compliance training, and strategic talent development initiatives.
The incumbent will work closely with business leaders, delivery managers, and HR to identify capability gaps, design learning interventions, and ensure employees are equipped with the skills required to meet current and future business needs.
Responsibilities:
Learning Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute the annual Learning & Development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across business units.
- Create competency-based learning roadmaps for technical and non-technical roles.
- Establish learning calendars and annual training plans.
- Develop learning budgets and optimize training investments.
Technical Learning & Capability Development
- Design and coordinate technical learning programs across technologies.
- Partner with technical leaders to identify emerging technology skill requirements.
- Drive certification programs and monitor certification completion.
- Create structured learning paths for freshers, lateral hires, and experienced employees.
- Evaluate technical training effectiveness through assessments and project outcomes.
Professional & Leadership Development
- Design and deliver programs on communication, business writing, presentation skills, customer management, collaboration, emotional intelligence, and workplace effectiveness.
- Develop leadership development initiatives for first-time managers and future leaders.
- Facilitate behavioral and professional development workshops.
- Promote continuous learning through mentoring and coaching initiatives.
Learning Operations (Transactional)
- Manage end-to-end training logistics including scheduling, nominations, vendor coordination, attendance, feedback, and certification records.
- Maintain training calendars and learning records.
- Ensure completion of mandatory learning programs.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly learning reports and dashboards.
Strategic Learning Initiatives
- Build competency frameworks across functions.
- Support career development and succession planning through targeted learning interventions.
- Establish knowledge-sharing practices such as Communities of Practice (CoPs), Tech Talks, Lunch & Learn sessions, and internal knowledge repositories.
- Introduce innovative learning methodologies including microlearning, blended learning, self-paced learning, and digital learning platforms.
- Drive a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Delivery Managers, HR Business Partners, and Leadership to understand business capability requirements.
- Identify internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and facilitate internal learning sessions.
- Manage relationships with external training partners and certification providers.
Learning Effectiveness & Analytics
- Measure training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, business impact, and ROI.
- Track learning KPIs including training hours, participation, certification rates, learning effectiveness, and skill improvements.
- Present learning insights and recommendations to leadership.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Training Management, or OD is preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within an IT Services or Technology organization.
- Experience managing end-to-end corporate learning functions.
- Exposure to technical learning and behavioral training.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is desirable.
