Location: Ahmedabad

Shift Time: 2PM - 11PM/12PM - 9PM

Experience: 1-3 Years

Profile Overview

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented L&D Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in learning & development, with a primary focus on developing, designing, and continuously improving training materials within a Learning Management System (LMS). As an L&D Specialist, you will be the cornerstone of our training content library creating structured, engaging, and effective learning experiences that equip our teams and clients with the skills they need to succeed.


Key Responsibilities

Primary: LMS Content Development & Maintenance

  • Design, develop, and continuously improve training materials within the LMS platform, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Build and structure comprehensive eLearning modules, courses, assessments, and learning paths in the LMS.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and translate it into engaging, LMS-ready training materials.
  • Manage LMS course catalogues, user enrolment, completion tracking, and reporting dashboards.


Training Delivery & Support

  • Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and objectives of clients or participants, incorporating resume building and technology-for-career-advancement elements.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques presentations, role-playing, interactive activities, and multimedia tools to ensure maximum engagement and learning retention.
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to help them improve their soft skills, resume writing, and use of career-enhancement technologies.


Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess training needs, develop training plans, and evaluate the impact of learning initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design, LMS platforms, and soft skills training to continuously enhance program effectiveness.
  • Produce regular reports on LMS usage, learner progress, and training outcomes for stakeholders.


Experience & Education

  • 1+ year of experience in an L&D, training, instructional design, or similar role with demonstrated hands-on experience developing and managing content in an LMS.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, Communication, or Business Administration) preferred.
  • Excellent in communication skills.
  • Proven ability to design structured training materials, eLearning modules, assessments, and learning paths.


Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in working within a Learning Management System (LMS) including content creation, course administration, learner tracking, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
