Learning And Development Specialist

We’re looking for an L&D & OD Specialist (4–6 years) who is passionate about shaping people, culture, and capability in a fast-growing, AI-driven environment.

🌟 What You’ll Do

• Dive deep into discovery & sense-making to understand business needs
• Apply systems thinking to design impactful interventions
• Build strong context of business, industry, and organizational priorities
• Design & facilitate high-impact learning and OD programs
• Work in a dynamic, unstructured startup environment with high ownership
• Leverage modern L&D practices & technology (including AI tools)
• Co-create scalable systems and processes for organizational growth
• Conduct research, create content, and deliver programs end-to-end
• Use psychometric and behavioral assessments for development insights

🎓 Qualifications

• Full-time MBA from a reputed B-School
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in L&D / OD
• Certifications in L&D/OD (good to have)
• Experience with psychometric tools

📍 Details

• Location: Pune (5 days work from office)
• CTC: Upto 11 LPA
• Immediate joiners preferred
