Job Summary
Organize, create, develop, implement and conduct training and development programs. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure training programs meet organizational goals. Ensures final product meets customer needs and deliverable dates are met. Analyzes, identifies and develops solutions using blended learning techniques ensuring learning management system/s are organized and updated. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts to align training programs with business objectives and address specific departmental needs. Track results and provide ongoing feedback to foster continued employee development, improve educational programs, and meet departmental goals.
Skills And Background You’ll Need
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a related field.

- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, India is a requirement of the role.
Skills And Background You’ll Need
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in a related field.
Experience
- 3-5+ years of relevant progressive work experience.
- Strong communication skills along with a high level of writing ability
- Performs task and content analysis to obtain the specific information to be included in the training and the expected deliverables
- Ability to deliver engaging and interactive presentations, facilitate group discussions, utilizing multimedia and activities to enhance learning retention
- Strong knowledge with software programs necessary for the position: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and other learning tools
- A bility to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Improvement Mindset: Continually seeks new ways to apply digital and non-digital solutions to drive innovation, efficiency, effectiveness and transformation to create business/customer value.
- Adaptability: Sees possibilities in changing circumstances, accepts and understands change and alters behavior as necessary.
