Takshashila University is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to prepare students for successful careers by enhancing their communication, interpersonal, and employability skills. The ideal candidate should be passionate about training, mentoring, and developing students to meet industry expectations.

• Deliver engaging training sessions on communication skills, personality development, business etiquette, leadership, teamwork, time management, and professional ethics.
• Conduct spoken English, presentation skills, group discussion, and interview preparation sessions.
• Organize mock interviews, resume-building workshops, and placement readiness programs.
• Assess student progress and provide individual coaching and constructive feedback.
• Develop training content, learning materials, and assessments.
• Collaborate with the Placement Cell and academic departments to support student employability initiatives.
• Track training outcomes and maintain relevant reports.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, MBA, Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline.
• 1–7 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Communication Trainer, or Corporate Trainer.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students through interactive learning methods.
