We are looking for an experienced Lean Coordinator to join a leading manufacturing organization in Pune.

Position: Lean Coordinator

Experience: 5–7 years

Industry: Manufacturing

Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

 Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives across the organization

 Lean Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, and Problem-Solving activities

 Facilitate continuous improvement projects to enhance Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Safety (PQCDS)

 Train and mentor teams on Lean principles and tools

 Monitor KPIs and sustain Lean culture across departments

Preferred Profile:

• 5–7 years of hands-on Lean implementation experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, TPM, 5S, VSM, and Root Cause Analysis
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and project management skills
• Passion for developing people and driving sustainable improvements
