Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Lead/Senior Java Full Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both back-end and front-end components of web applications. Day-to-day tasks include writing efficient code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting and resolving application issues, ensuring applications are optimized and meet best coding practices, and staying updated with emerging trends in full-stack development. Qualifications Strong expertise in Back-End Web Development and Full-Stack Development Proficiency in Front-End Development, including knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Extensive experience in Software Development, including designing and building scalable, high-performing applications Excellent understanding of modern coding standards, debugging, and issue resolution Familiarity with agile development processes and collaboration across teams Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a team-oriented environment Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Certifications in Java development or full-stack technologies are a plus
