Role Description
We are seeking candidates for a full-time, on-site Team Lead-Real Estate Sales role at our Gurugram location. The role involves overseeing strategic initiatives, guiding teams to achieve organizational objectives, and providing mentorship to staff. Core responsibilities include driving business growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring key performance metrics are met. The ideal candidate will represent Propsalt Landbase in high-level discussions and foster partnerships to strengthen the company’s market position.

- Prior experience in real estate or a related field is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
