Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leadership Development Specialist based in Gurugram. The position involves designing and delivering impactful leadership development training programs, managing and coordinating developmental initiatives, coaching team members to build leadership capabilities, and collaborating with stakeholders to align training programs with business needs. The specialist will also evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and make continuous improvements to optimize performance outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Training & Development, including the ability to design, deliver, and improve training programs.
  • Strong skills in Program Management and experience coordinating multiple programs or initiatives effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in Leadership Development and Coaching, focusing on fostering skills to build effective leaders.
  • Proficiency in designing positive and engaging training experiences customized to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines and deliver results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with various stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in a similar role in the learning and development field is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related field is an advantage.
