Role Description

UrbanGabru is seeking a Lead Video Creator to produce high-impact video content that resonates with a 1M+ Instagram audience. This full-time, on-site role is based in Pune City. Responsibilities include conceptualizing, shooting, and editing video content for social media platforms, leading creative visual campaigns, collaborating with the digital marketing team on promotional content, and analyzing video performance metrics to refine strategies. You will also stay up-to-date with trends and ensure consistent brand messaging across all visuals.

Qualifications

Proficiency in video production tools, editing software, and knowledge of camera operations (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
Creative storytelling skills and the ability to conceptualize engaging video scripts and campaigns.
Experience in social media content strategy tailored to platforms like Instagram, particularly for a large-scale following.
Strong understanding of video analytics and metrics to optimize performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in photography, motion graphics, or sound design is an added advantage.
Prior expertise in lifestyle, grooming, or fashion content creation is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Media, Film Studies, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
