Role Summary

Lead Power Platform Architect

Full-time

Fully remote (East Coast hours)

Up to $180k base

US citizens / Green Card holders only

We currently have a need for a Lead Power Platform Architect who knows the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem inside and out, whilst also being skilled in React and TypeScript.

You'll be leading a team of engineers in an enterprise environment, leading large implementations, optimizing existing Power Apps, and building new features with a focus on code quality, and architectural best practices.

Required Experience & Skills

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Power Platform development with demonstrated expertise in enterprise implementations
• Strong software development foundation with proven experience in React and TypeScript
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate (including custom connectors), Coding (PowerFX, SPFx), and Dataverse (including complex data modeling)
• Experience with Power Platform ALM practices, including solution packaging, environment management, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in integration patterns with external systems via REST APIs, Azure services, and on-premises data gateways
• Understanding of Power Platform governance, security models, and performance optimization techniques
