The Role

We are seeking a highly adaptable technology leader who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will act as the technical bridge between our internal operations and our external go-to-market strategies. One day, you might be designing a Generative AI chatbot or developing our Digital Workplace consulting practice; the next, you could be optimizing our internal Microsoft licensing strategy or evaluating a new ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

Practice & Service Development

• GenAI Architecture & Execution: Define the architecture and lead the hands-on development of our GenAI capabilities, starting with building an MVP chatbot, establishing the foundation for our AI service offerings.
• Digital Workplace Consulting: Spearhead the development of our Digital Workplace practice. Evaluate and integrate modern employee experience tools (e.g., DEX monitoring, Microsoft 365) to shape the frameworks we deliver to clients.
• Client Solutioning: Act as the lead architect for customer requirements, designing tailored, scalable IT solutions that solve complex business challenges.
• Technology Evaluation: Continuously evaluate and recommend emerging tools and platforms, to enhance our service catalogue.

Internal Enterprise Architecture

• ERP Strategy & Implementation: Act as the Technical Design Authority for our internal business systems. Lead the architectural roadmap, vendor evaluation, and hands-on rollout of a modern ERP (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho), ensuring seamless API-led integration with existing tools.
• Microsoft Ecosystem Governance: Audit and optimize our internal Microsoft licensing strategy and architecture, ensuring cost-efficiency, security, and maximum ROI.
• Intranet Development: Architect and oversee the development of a modern, engaging company Intranet to foster internal communication, knowledge management, and collaboration.

Lead Development Teams

• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of software developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Define, enforce, and optimize modern Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 10+ years in a Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Senior Technical Consulting role, ideally within an IT services or MSP environment.
• Broad Technical Prowess: Proven experience across multiple domains, including Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), SaaS implementations, and modern software architecture.
• AI/Modern Tech: Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI integration, and the evolving landscape of Generative AI.
• Digital Workplace: Understanding of the modern digital workplace, including Microsoft 365, DEX tools, and employee productivity platforms.
• Business Acumen: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value, both for our internal stakeholders and our external clients.
• Hands-on Builder: You are as comfortable writing architectural design documents and evaluating products as you are building a proof-of-concept.
