Role Description The Lead Software Engineer, Web will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web-based systems that support Trinity Dairy and Dairy Farm’s operations. This full-time, on-site role in Agra involves leading the technical implementation of web applications, overseeing back-end services, and ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions. The person in this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and management, to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver user-friendly tools for data management, reporting, and workflow automation. Daily tasks include writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, optimizing system performance, and integrating web applications with existing farm management and supply chain systems. The Lead Software Engineer, Web will also mentor other developers, establish best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of the company’s technology stack.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
• Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and deploying production web applications.
• Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and its application in large, maintainable codebases.
• Experience leading engineering projects, guiding technical decisions, and mentoring other developers.
• Familiarity with modern web technologies, version control systems, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
• Ability to work on-site in Agra, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; relevant industry experience in a lead or senior engineering role is highly valued.
