Learn more at Mastercard?s Corporate Sustainability Report. All About You 8 -12 Years of experience with hands on Java8, Spring , Batch ,Web , micro services and cloud infrastructure services . A record of successful delivery of large software applications as a Tech Lead . Demonstrated knowledge of Software Architecture and Design Principles, Patterns, Methodology, Domain Concepts (Architecture and Design Skills) OOA/OOD Test driven development Strong experience with MVC framework like Spring ,SpringBoot and ORM framework like Hibernate Maven/Gradle, JIRA/Rally, Bamboo/Jenkins/Hudson, xUnit (httpUnit/nUnit/jUnit) Oracle database and SQL Cloud hosting knowledge, knowledge of PCF,AWS will be preferred Building Low level design solutions Reviewing code for team , guiding team to adhere to best practices Good understanding & experience with software development processes such as Scrum preferably SAFe Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced work environment Knowledgeable about system design, data structures and algorithms Corporate Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must: Abide by Mastercard?s security policies and practices; Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed; Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard?s guidelines.
