Role Overview As a Lead Developer, you will: Design and build scalable single-page web applications Lead cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles Evaluate new technologies to enhance our SaaS platform Ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews and testing Mentor developers and foster best practices Collaborate with product managers, QA, DevOps, and other teams Key Responsibilities Architect and implement system features Guide team members and delegate tasks effectively Maintain project timelines and stakeholder communication Troubleshoot issues and manage infrastructure resources Document and communicate design decisions clearly Promote automated testing and quality assurance Required Competencies Strong leadership and mentoring skills Effective intra/inter-team communication Experience in architectural design and cross-team collaboration Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus Qualifications Education and experience? 6 years of software development / engineering experience? MS/BS in Software Engineering or related discipline? Technical Skills? Experience programming in Java? Experience with microservice development is a plus? Experience programming with?Javascript?frameworks like Angular and Ember? Experience in web application development? Understanding of relational databases such as MS SQL Server? Experience with?non-relational?databases like MongoDB is a plus? Familiarity with Agile process? Passion for learning new technologies? Experience with IaaS & PaaS from a cloud vendor is a plus.? Azure preferred.? Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus?
