NextDimension AI is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our core mission. You will lead a team of talented engineers to deliver highly scalable services and interfaces for our world-class, AI-powered platform. What You?ll Do Architect and Implement: Architect, design, and implement the highly scalable backend services that power NextDimension?s Agentic AI platform features. Optimize and Scale: Improve the reliability, latency, and cost-efficiency of our AI services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Drive MLOps: Deploy, monitor, and maintain cloud services, implementing best practices for CI/CD, automated testing, and infrastructure as code. Provide Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers, establishing and implementing best practices for software development and system design. Collaborate on Product: Translate product requirements into robust, scalable software architectures in close collaboration with product management, founders, and clients. Qualifications Required: Experienced Full Stack Engineer: You have 2+ years of strong software engineering skills in full stack development, with professional, real-world experience building and maintaining complex, data-intensive applications at scale. Framework Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js. Languages & Frameworks: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Next.js. Cloud & DevOps Native: Proven hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and a major cloud platform (GCP highly preferred). You have experience deploying services in cloud environments. Systems Designer: You have proven experience designing large-scale software systems and writing high-quality, production-grade code and tests. This includes handling error cases, asynchronous code, streaming data, caching, and robust logging/analytics. Vibe Coder: Experience with vibe/peer coding platforms such as Cursor, Lovable, etc. Proven Leader: Experience leading teams and/or technically complex projects in a collaborative environment. Excellent Communicator: You possess excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. Preferred: LLM & AI Proficiency: A strong understanding of the LLM lifecycle, including prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and agentic workflows.
