Summary Of The Lead, Software Engineer We are looking for a front-end focused full stack developer with experience with ES6 and React/Angular/or similar. As we will be building a fresh product, you will have a say in how we approach our stack. Responsibilities For The Lead, Software Engineer Participate in the design and development of technical solutions to complement complex web-based EHR systems. Write fast, efficient, and high-quality code that will help us deliver great value to our customers Test your work thoroughly and have a low tolerance for bugs Bring new ideas, solutions, and feedback to the team, Assist/Help Architect scalable and high-performance solutions, ensuring the best practices in software design and coding standards are followed. Troubleshoot software applications provide technical support to achieve development objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure timely delivery of software solutions. Participate in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings. Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Qualifications Of The Lead, Software Engineer Bachelor's degree required (computer science, information systems, business administration or other industry-related curriculum) 7+ or more years as developer on end-user applications and back-end services 3+ or more years developing web applications 2+ Year of team management experience Technical Skills Of The Lead, Software Engineer Languages: .NET, JavaScript, SQL. MS SQL are preferred Frameworks: .NET Entity Framework, Angular (or equivalent frameworks) Databases: MS SQL, DynamoDB (or other NoSQL DB) Cloud-hosted, scalable SaaS systems Experience with serverless architectures (e.g. AWS Lambda, Event Bridge, API Gateway) Experience providing software troubleshooting and enhancements to existing system and applications.
