Lead - Salesforce Development Location : Bangalore Mode: Hybrid Shift Timing : 2 PM - 11 PM IST Sr. Salesforce Developer -- JD Looking for a Lead role able to manage technical activities and team Must have skills Salesforce Development : Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture. Lightning Web Components (LWC) : Hands-on experience building reusable components, handling events, and integrating with Apex controllers. REST API Integration : Ability to consume and expose RESTful services. Experience with authentication (OAuth), JSON handling, and error management. SOAP APIs Apex Programming : Writing triggers, classes, batch jobs, and test classes with high code coverage. Third-Party Integrations : "Experience integrating with platforms like AWS, Google APIs, or payment gateways. ETL tools like Mulesoft OR Informatica OR Any Other ETL" SOQL/SOSL : Efficient querying and search techniques for large datasets. Version Control : Familiarity with Git or similar tools for code management. Salesforce Configuration : Strong grasp of declarative tools like Process Builder, Flows, Validation Rules, and Custom Objects. Salesforce DX : Experience with CLI tools, scratch orgs, and packaging. CI/CD Tools : Exposure to DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Copado. Unit Testing & Debugging : Writing test classes, using debug logs, and troubleshooting issues effectively. Good-to-Have Skills JavaScript & Web Standards : Solid understanding of ES6+, HTML5, CSS3 for LWC development. SOAP API : Basic understanding of legacy integrations using SOAP. Security Best Practices : Knowledge of field-level security, sharing rules, and secure coding practices. Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum or Kanban workflows. Certifications : Salesforce Platform Developer I (highly preferred), Platform Developer II (bonus).
