Job Description: Job Title: Salesforce Lead Location: Chennai, Tamil N?du (Hybrid) Contract: 6 Months (Renewable based on performance) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Lead to provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and hands-on expertise in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, define best practices, ensure performance optimization, and drive enterprise-level Salesforce solutions across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design, development, and implementation. Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Aura components. Oversee integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and Named Credentials. Ensure best practice implementation across automation tools (Flows, Workflow, Process Builder). Manage version control and deployment processes using Git, SFDX, and advanced pipelines. Optimize system-wide performance, data migration, and enterprise-level query strategies. Define and enforce coding standards, governance policies, and development guidelines. Mentor and lead a team of Salesforce developers across multiple experience levels. Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical teams. Provide architectural oversight and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Technical Requirements: Experience: Minimum 7+ years in Salesforce development with at least 2 years in a lead or architect capacity. Core Skills: Expert-level knowledge in Apex (triggers, classes, batch, async) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) Strong experience with SOQL/SOSL , API integrations , and data migration Familiarity with Git , SFDX , and DevOps pipelines Advanced understanding of Salesforce security model , permissions , and org-wide governance Deep integration knowledge including OAuth , REST/SOAP , and Named Credentials Proven ability to optimize performance at enterprise scale Experience with system design patterns , architecture governance , and strategic technical leadership OmniStudio Developer Mulesoft Expertise in Systems and Integration Design Lightening Web Components Leadership experience Qualifications & Certifications: Bachelor?s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering , or a related field. Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (mandatory). Additional certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect) are advantageous. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills. Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation abilities. Problem-solving and analytical mindset. Adaptability and collaboration across multi-disciplinary teams. Proven mentoring and leadership experience.
