Job Title: Recruitment Lead – IT & Professional Hiring

Location: Chennai – 5 days work from office. We prefer candidates who are currently based in or around Chennai.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Lead to manage end-to-end hiring delivery across IT and professional roles. The role will lead a team of recruiters and freelance sourcing partners, ensuring quality, speed, and fulfillment across client mandates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage recruitment delivery for IT and functional roles
• Own requisition allocation, sourcing strategy, and closure targets
• Manage and mentor internal recruiters and freelance partners
• Ensure pipeline quality, screening rigor, and client alignment
• Track KPIs: submissions, interviews, closures, TAT
• Coordinate with account and business stakeholders
• Optimize sourcing channels and recruiter productivity

Required Experience

• 7–10 years recruitment experience (IT staffing preferred)
• Proven team handling experience
• Strong sourcing and screening capability
• Experience in agency / staffing environment
• Client-facing coordination exposure
