We?re looking for a React Native Developer (4+ years experience) to lead mobile front-end development and build our application from the ground up. Role Details: Location: On-site, Mumbai (Monday?Friday + alternate Saturdays) Start Date: Immediate Type: Full-time, product-based role (not remote) What You?ll Work On: Lead the development of our offline-first React Native mobile application Integrate with RFID Inventory SDKs (Zebra / Bluetooth devices) Build scalable, stable, and high-performance features for real-world industrial use cases Collaborate with backend/API teams to ensure smooth data sync and offline handling What We?re Looking For: Strong experience with React Native (iOS + Android) Hands-on experience with offline-first mobile architecture Knowledge of RFID/IoT integrations (SDKs, Bluetooth) Solid understanding of Java (for SDK integrations) Experience working in SaaS or product-based companies preferred Ability to lead projects and mentor team members Why Join Us?
