Lead React Developer

Job Title: Lead React Developer Experience : 4 to 7 Years Location: Pune, Delhi, Bangalore (Hybrid) We?re looking for a Lead React Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, scalable frontend solutions. In this role, you?ll combine hands-on coding with technical leadership?mentoring engineers, defining best practices, and ensuring exceptional user experiences using React.js , Redux , and TypeScript . Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers to deliver performant, maintainable web applications. Architect and implement complex UI components using React.js , Redux , and TypeScript . Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to define and deliver seamless experiences. Conduct detailed code reviews, ensuring adherence to clean code and industry standards. Optimize performance, scalability, and accessibility across applications. Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and development workflows. Stay current with new technologies and advocate for modern frontend best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5?8 years of experience in frontend development with a strong focus on React.js . Hands-on expertise in Redux , TypeScript , and JavaScript (ES6+) . Proven track record of leading or mentoring engineers on large-scale projects. Strong understanding of component-based architecture , state management , and frontend performance optimization . Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in hybrid teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with large-scale applications and cloud-native environments . Familiarity with UI/UX principles , responsive design, and accessibility standards. Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs.
