Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Engineer with strong experience in FastAPI and GenAI‑based application development. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience building RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems, working with vector databases, and implementing indexing and search pipelines using ElasticSearch or vector DBs(either one is ok). This role involves designing scalable backend services that power AI‑driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Python‑based backend services using FastAPI
• Build and optimize GenAI‑powered applications, including RAG pipelines
• Implement vector indexing, embedding, and retrieval strategies
• Integrate and manage vector databases (e.g. Azure AI Search)
• Develop and optimize search and indexing using vector search engines
• Design APIs for LLM orchestration, prompt management, and context retrieval
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI services
• Write clean, testable, and well‑documented code following best practices

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
