Hiring for Technical Lead Python for one of the leading Gen-AI powered SaaS companies revolutionizing the insurance industry and helping organizations drive operational excellence! Location: Chennai Experience -7+Years What You?ll Do Lead the design, development, and deployment of backend applications using Python and FastAPI (must-have). Oversee a team of developers ? providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring . Architect scalable, high-performance solutions with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra. Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services . Manage application deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Apply design patterns , ensure adherence to coding best practices, and drive continuous improvement. Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system efficiency. What We?re Looking For 7?10 years of strong experience in Python development , with team leadership or tech lead experience . Proven expertise with FastAPI (mandatory). Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases , cloud platforms , and Git workflows. Strong understanding of integration patterns , authentication , multithreading , and testing frameworks . Excellent problem-solving , communication , and people management skills.
