Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our media-tech platform. In this role, you will manage a team of product managers and be responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap. You will play a key role in shaping the direction of multiple products in our portfolio, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring product success in both international and local markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the product backlog, including product requirements documents, user stories, user flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage a team of Product Managers to guide various products in the media-tech portfolio.
• Define and implement the product strategy and direction for the media-tech suite.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to discover new features and prioritize development efforts.
• Develop consumer profiles for targeted features such as campaign planning, measurement, and attribution.
• Work closely with ecosystem partners to drive product integrations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the products you manage, keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor intelligence, and product differentiators.
• Communicate product updates, timelines, and milestones to stakeholders across the organization.
  
  

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in leading global products in international markets.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
• Strong passion for delivering exceptional product experiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity in product documents, user stories, and stakeholder communications.
• Ability to analyze product usage trends to identify and implement improvements.
• A strong technical background with proficiency in data analysis, market sizing, and decision-making.
• Expertise in the Ad Tech industry is highly preferred but not mandatory.
