Job Title: Lead PowerApps Developer

Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (On-site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a technical leader to drive the migration and modernization of critical applications using the Power platform. Our team values hands-on expertise and the ability to foster collaboration as we transform legacy systems into efficient, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and modernize high-risk business technology applications on the Power platform utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Lead a small technical team and provide training on Power platform technologies.
• Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, developers, and business partners to implement robust solutions.
• Establish and document patterns to streamline migration and development efforts for future application transfers.
  
  

Required

• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and SQL Server.
• Background working with Access databases.
• Ability to develop APIs and strong knowledge of .NET full stack.
• Demonstrated leadership, effective communication skills, and UX-oriented thinking.
