Could you be the full-time Product Introduction (PI) Field Engineer in [LOCATION] we?re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and problem-solving expertise in a cutting-edge field. You?ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of Alstom products during the Product Introduction (PI) period. Day-to-day, you?ll work closely with teams across the business (Customer Site PI team, Reliability Availability Maintainability Safety Teams, Quality team, and more), provide technical guidance to resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You?ll specifically take care of diagnosing and resolving equipment malfunctions, supporting technical reviews, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, but also contribute to obsolescence management and field modification implementation. We?ll look to you for: Supporting technical activities during PI, Commissioning, and Warranty phases Diagnosing equipment malfunctions and recommending preventive and corrective actions Providing technical guidance for troubleshooting and repairs Driving containment actions to prevent failure recurrence Facilitating information flow within PI functions and project teams Ensuring compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) requirements All About You We value passion and attitude over experience.
