Role: Network Admin Lead

Desired Experience: 8- 12 Years

Job Location: Chennai

Job Description:

• Install, test, analyse, troubleshoot and modify new equipment/solutions to achieve maximum performance and availability
• CCNP Level or above Cisco certification (routing & switching / Security)
• Working experience with physical and virtual instances of Fortigate, Aruba ,checkpoint
• Strong background in Cisco (IOS / Nexus / Meraki / ASA), Palo Alto technology (Routers, switches, Firewalls)
• Strong background in Data Centre LAN and WAN
• Specific Experience working with Cisco Nexus 5000 & 9000
• In-depth knowledge of all Layer 2 technologies EtherChannel, QoS& VPC
• Good understanding of Layer 3 technologies OSPF, BGP, VRRP & route redistribution
• Experience working with policy-based VPN, route-based VPN & mesh VPN setup
• In-depth understanding of Firewall technologies ACL, VIP, NAT & troubleshooting
• Automated monitoring, log tools, analysing trends and root cause issues such as SolarWinds, PRTG
• Knowledge of and a strong focus on IT security principles and knowledge of ISO 27001 & ITIL
• Ability to work in a team environment and customer focused
• Good communications skills and experience dealing with external suppliers
• Attention to details, testing and documentation
• TACACS+ / Radius authentication solutions
• Good understanding of AAA TACACS/Radius on Windows NPS, Cisco ISE & Clearpass
