We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Full Stack Developer with strong

expertise in .NET Core, C#, SQL, and React to lead the design, development,

and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong

Technical Leadership Capabilities, Hands-on Coding Experience, And The

ability to mentor developers while ensuring high-quality software

delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications

using .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and React.

Architect scalable and high-performance backend services and APIs.

Develop responsive and high-quality frontend components using React.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate

business requirements into technical solutions.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior

developers.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Manage database design, performance tuning, and query optimization using

SQL Server.

Participate in system architecture discussions and technology decisions.

Ensure proper testing, debugging, and deployment processes.

Required Skills

7+ years of software development experience

Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core and C#

Solid experience in React.js development

Expertise in SQL Server / relational databases

Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices

Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture

Experience With Git Or Other Version Control Systems

Knowledge of application performance optimization

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills (Good To Have)

Experience with Azure / AWS cloud platforms

Experience with Docker / containerization

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge of Agile / Scrum development methodologies

Experience with unit testing frameworks
