Role Overview We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Android Developer with strong expertise in React Native to lead our mobile development initiatives. This role involves designing, architecting, and delivering high-quality mobile applications while setting best practices and mentoring the team. If you are passionate about building scalable consumer-facing applications, thrive in solving complex problems, and can lead projects end-to-end, we’d love to meet you. What You’ll Be Doing Own the entire development lifecycle: design, planning, development, deployment, and post-release improvements . Collaborate with business, design, and architecture teams to deliver seamless mobile solutions. Architect and design mobile applications for Android / React Native , ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Build and iterate proof-of-concept prototypes to validate new features quickly. Develop, optimize, and maintain new and existing features in Android ( React Native ) apps. Ensure adherence to Android best practices , UI/UX guidelines, and coding standards. Drive regular code reviews , technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Use creative problem-solving and deep technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions. What You’ll Bring To The Table Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns, and ORM frameworks . Proficiency in React Native and core Android languages (Kotlin/Java) . Proven experience applying Android development best practices and platform guidelines. 6–8 years of extensive mobile app development experience , preferably with consumer or e-commerce products. Ability to manage complexity, lead cross-functional collaboration , and deliver projects within tight deadlines. Experience with mobile app architecture, API integration, performance tuning, and CI/CD pipelines . Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Desired Candidate Profile Experience : 6–8 years in mobile application development. Immediate joiners highly preferred.
