Role: Lead Magic XPA & .NET Developer Location: Bangalore Experience Range: 5 ? 10+ Years Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Magic XPA Lead & Developer to join our team and drive the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Magic xpa (formerly uniPaaS / eDeveloper) and .NET technologies , with deep experience in the Healthcare and Accounting domains . The Lead will be responsible for technical leadership, solution design, and guiding the development team, while the Developer will focus on application development, integration, and support. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain business applications using the Magic xpa Application Platform. Integrate Magic xpa with .NET components, APIs, and external enterprise systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. Develop and maintain data integration, business logic, and UI components within Magic xpa and .NET frameworks. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize system performance and scalability. Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and participate in deployment activities. Work with SQL Server / Oracle databases for stored procedures, data modeling, and performance tuning. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and proper documentation. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of overall IT development experience (Lead role). 5+ years of experience developing with Magic xpa (v3.x or v4.x). Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, and Visual Studio. Strong experience integrating Magic xpa with REST/SOAP APIs. Hands-on with SQL Server / Oracle ? complex queries, triggers, and stored procedures. Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control tools (Git, TFS). Ability to diagnose and resolve runtime and build-time issues in Magic xpa and .NET environments. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice to Have Experience with Magic xpi Integration Platform. Familiarity with web technologies (ASP.NET, HTML5, JavaScript). Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure). Understanding of enterprise system integration and microservices architecture. Soft Skills Strong leadership and mentoring ability (for Lead role). Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. Attention to detail, quality, and performance. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
