Role Description
We are looking for a Lead - Key Account to own and grow relationships with key healthcare clients while driving revenue and customer success across multiple cities. This role combines account management, strategic problem-solving, with high ownership and cross-functional collaboration. You will also play a key role in building processes, mentoring team members, and scaling operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and create a team of Key Account Managers, driving performance, accountability, and best practices (Across Cities)
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and issue resolution
- Contribute to R&D initiatives, testing new approaches, pricing models, and service offerings before scaling to new markets
- Own and grow relationships with key healthcare clients (hospitals & institutions), ensuring long-term partnership success
- Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within accounts
- Play a critical role in new city expansion, including:
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis
- Identifying demand-supply gaps and go-to-market strategies
- Ensuring accurate and timely billing for all clients, maintaining consistency and compliance with company processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Product teams to improve customer experience and scalability
Key Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in Key Account Management / B2B Sales / Client Success, preferably in high-growth environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage and influence teams or mentor junior account managers
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research, problem-solving, and strategic planning
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Willingness to travel extensively and support new city launches
- Experience in healthcare / staffing / marketplace businesses is a strong plus
