Lead Java Developer

Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of backend developers Architect and build scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot Ensure high-quality, secure, and performant code Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end solutions Drive DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud deployment best practices ? Required Qualifications: 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA Expertise in Microservices Architecture Solid foundation in OOP, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture Strong skills in SQL, NoSQL (MongoDB/CosmosDB) Cloud exposure: AWS or Azure (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.) Experience with REST APIs, JSON, Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven/Gradle) Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments Excellent debugging, tuning, and problem-solving abilities Strong focus on secure coding practices Proven leadership in Agile/Scrum environments ?? Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with Apache Kafka, event-driven systems Exposure to React.js, Angular, or Node.js Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or monitoring tools like Grafana, ELK, Prometheus Unit/Integration testing with JUnit, Mockito, etc.
