About Position: We are seeking a talented Java Lead with strong experience in team handling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, integrating backed services, and ensuring seamless user experiences. Role: Lead Java Developer Location: All Persistent Locations Experience: 12 to 15 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Lead a team of 10 + employee Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and frameworks like Spring Boot. Build and deploy scalable, secure solutions on AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.). Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with cloud-native components. Optimize application performance and ensure high availability in a distributed environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based solutions aligned with business needs. Automate deployment and monitoring using AWS tools and CI/CD pipelines. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and application performance. Expertise You'll Bring: Hands-on experience as a team lead Strong proficiency in Java and frameworks like Spring Boot for backend development. Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and CloudWatch. Solid understanding of cloud architecture, deployment strategies, and scalability best practices. Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience in CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, and AWS CodePipeline. Knowledge of security best practices for cloud applications, including IAM roles and policies. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize applications for performance and cost efficiency in AWS environments. Strong problem-solving skills and capability to work in Agile development teams.
