Lead – Investor Relations

1. IR Strategy & Narrative

• Position the company’s leadership and differentiation within the QSR/consumer space
• Develop compelling investor narratives aligned to long-term strategy and 5-year vision
• Communicate key competitive advantages with clarity and consistency

2. Investor & Analyst Engagement

• Build strong relationships with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders
• Lead earnings calls, roadshows, analyst meets, and investor engagements
• Act as the primary interface for all external IR communication

3. Financial Communication & Reporting

• Own quarterly earnings communication, investor presentations, and media releases
• Prepare business reviews, board updates, and performance analysis
• Translate financial and operational insights into investor-friendly messaging

4. Market Insights & Benchmarking

• Track industry trends, peer performance, and analyst coverage
• Provide strategic insights to leadership for decision-making
• Maintain competitive intelligence across QSR/FMCG/consumer sectors

5. Cross-functional & Strategic Support

• Work closely with Finance and business teams to extract insights for IR messaging
• Support M&A evaluation, peer benchmarking, and strategic initiatives
• Contribute to external communication of long-term growth strategy

6. Capital Markets & Corporate Actions

• Support capital raises (QIP, FPO, etc.) including investor communication and coordination
• Manage relationships with bankers and advisors

7. ESG, Reporting & Compliance

• Oversee Annual Report, BRSR, and ESG disclosures (GRI aligned)
• Drive improvement in ESG ratings (e.g., S&P CSA)
• Ensure best-in-class disclosure standards

8. IR Infrastructure & Platforms

• Maintain IR website, investor database, and tracking systems
• Ensure adoption of global IR best practices

9. Investor Events

• Plan and execute Investor Day, strategy events, and investor site visits
