Job Description

Build and structure the indirect supplier ecosystem across India, ensuring compliance, reliability and performance.
Lead sourcing for categories including consumables, packaging, warehouse procurement, and services.
Manage competitive tenders (RFI/RFP/RFQ) and drive robust commercial negotiations.
Strengthen supplier governance, risk assessment, due diligence and performance tracking.
Champion procurement digitalization and enforce process discipline, including No‑PO‑No‑Pay.
Partner with finance, legal and cross‑functional stakeholders to enable data‑driven decisions.
Establish procurement best practices, coaching teams and embedding a culture of compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Indirect Procurement professional should have:

8+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement or Strategic Sourcing within MNC environments.
Hands‑on expertise in consumables, packaging, warehouse procurement and services categories.
Strong experience running tenders, negotiations, supplier assessments and commercial evaluations.
Proven ability to operate in high‑governance setups with strong compliance orientation.
Skilled in building processes, improving procurement maturity and driving digital adoption.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills..
