Role Description Job Title: Senior ITAM Specialist ? ServiceNow Experience: 7 to 10 Yrs Location: All UST Locations Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned Senior IT Asset Management (ITAM) Specialist to lead the implementation, enhancement, and governance of ServiceNow ITAM modules , with a primary focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and CMDB integration . This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, procurement, finance, and compliance to ensure end-to-end visibility, optimization, and control of IT assets across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and optimize ITAM workflows using the ServiceNow platform. Maintain accurate and complete hardware and software asset inventories. Align asset data with procurement and financial systems for seamless operations. Track SaaS application usage?both discoverable (automated) and non-discoverable (manual). Analyze software installations, entitlements, and usage for license compliance and cost optimization. Ensure data integrity within CMDB and ITAM-related tables. Develop reports and dashboards for asset KPIs and compliance tracking. Collaborate with internal teams (audit, legal, operations) to support audits and compliance reviews. Support discovery tools and integrations (e.g., ACC, JAMF, SCCM, etc.). Mandatory Skills 8?10 years of experience in IT Asset Management or IT Operations. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITAM modules. Expertise in ServiceNow HAM, SAM, and CMDB. Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle, data governance, and compliance standards. Experience with asset discovery tools like ACC, JAMF, ServiceNow Discovery, or similar. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Good-to-Have Skills Knowledge of software licensing models and contract/license tracking. Experience with asset normalization and catalog mapping. Familiarity with SaaS management strategies, especially for non-discoverable applications. Hands-on experience creating ServiceNow dashboards, performance analytics, and reporting. Understanding of audit preparation, remediation processes, and risk mitigation. Working knowledge of SCCM, Flexera, or Snow as supporting asset management tools. Educational Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Certifications (Preferred): ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ?
