The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for building scalable, high-performing web applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying features that directly impact our business and provide a seamless experience for our users. Key responsibilities Develop and maintain robust web applications across the full stack. Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces using Angular.js. Build and maintain scalable and efficient server-side applications using Python or Java. Utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS) to deploy, manage, and scale applications, leveraging core services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and more. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other engineers, to define, design, and ship new features. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance. Write clean, well-documented, and testable code, and participate in code reviews. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software to ensure optimal performance. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to ensure our tech stack remains modern and effective. Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full stack software development. Proven experience developing applications with Angular.js, including knowledge of relevant libraries and frameworks such as: Angular UI Bootstrap, Tailwind, PrimeNG Experience with testing frameworks such as Jasmine and/or Karma Strong proficiency in either Java or Python for backend development. For Python, experience with popular frameworks is required, such as: Hands on experience with frameworks like FastAPI, Django or Flask: Experience with Python testing frameworks such as Pytest for unit and integration testing. In-depth knowledge of core AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway) and hands-on experience deploying applications in a cloud-native AWS environment. Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB). Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and asynchronous request handling. Proficiency with version control systems, specifically Git. Experience working in an Agile development environment. Desired skills Familiarity with other modern JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js. Experience with serverless architectures using AWS Lambda. Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools.
