Role Description Job Title: Full Stack Developer (.NET, React, AWS) Hiring Location: [Specify location ? e.g., Bangalore, India / Remote / Hybrid] Experience Range 5 ? 9 years (Flexible based on skill proficiency) Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET, React, and AWS. Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric web solutions. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with front-end applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for both server-side and client-side components. Manage and optimize database operations, including schema design, using SQL Server. Build dynamic front-end interfaces using React, with state management via Redux or Context API. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to technical excellence. Ensure performance, security, and responsiveness of web applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full technology stack. Lead or participate in technical discussions, architectural decisions, and Agile ceremonies. Stay updated with emerging technologies and development best practices. Must-Have Skills Backend Development: C#, ASP.NET Core MVC, Entity Framework, RESTful API development Frontend Development: React.js, React Hooks, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap Cloud & DevOps: AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.), CI/CD pipelines, Docker Database: SQL Server / MySQL ? schema design, queries, and data modeling Version Control: Git (GitHub / Bitbucket) Testing: Unit and integration testing with Jest, React Testing Library; TDD approach Security: OAuth, JWT-based authentication and authorization Architecture: Experience with microservices and distributed systems Agile Practices: Experience in Scrum-based Agile environments Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring abilities Good-to-Have Skills Experience with TypeScript and modern JS build tools (Webpack, Babel) Exposure to AWS serverless architectures (API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB) Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) Knowledge of performance optimization and responsive web design techniques Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline Prior experience leading or mentoring development teams Skills Net,React.Js,Aws Cloud
