About The Role

The Workday Integrations Lead /Architect will be our "go to" technical leader and provide support on Implementation projects, client augmentation roles and Application Management Services (AMS) across different regions. You will also be involved in all phases of customer engagement from the sales cycle to driving client engagement.

We need a self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair and a willingness to wear multiple hats! Together with practice leadership you will help build the UST Global Workday practice.

The Opportunity And Responsibilities

• Build out and develop our local and global UST Workday integrations practice covering deployment, augmentation and AMS services
• Lead teams to work directly with clients and UST account teams around requirements gathering/design, testing and post-production support after deployment
• Handle day-to-day technical team operations in identifying and establishing processes, standards, and key metrics as it relates to the roles focus areas.
• Support recruitment and growth of the Workday team
• Build and consolidate Internal training materials and/or client facing technical material
• Support pre-sales teams as a Workday SME while ensuring client satisfaction and success for existing accounts
• Work with internal UST product teams to leverage internal capabilities and accelerators.
  
  

What You Need

• Have been or are currently Workday certified
• 13 Year in IT and relevant 8+ years of Workday or related HRMS/Finance integrations experience in delivery or AMS capacity. You must be able to speak about this experience internally and to customers
• Strong understanding of Workday integrations and related technologies. This includes technical experience with different integration tools such as Orchestration for Integration, Workday Studio, and Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll (CCTPP), Connectors, Document Transformation, EIBs and Reporting.
• HCM/ERP software exposure across EDI, Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies
• Workday Reporting and BIRT development experience or direct oversight
• Have managed and grown offshore Workday teams (India preferred) to support our US/EMEA customer
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, while not losing focus on quality and team management duties
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively come across as a Workday expert and manage client expectations
• Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.

• Have experience working at a certified Workday AMS partner
• You have a good solid understanding of one or more Workday HCM or Financials functional areas.
• Have supported business development or pre-sales in solution architect capacity.
