Role Description Job Description: Salesforce Sr Developer Certinia / FinancialForce Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Noida, Kochi, Trivandrum, Hyderabad Experience Range 6?8 years of Salesforce development experience. Mandatory hands-on experience with the Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA platform. Must-Have Skills Strong hands-on experience customizing and extending Certinia PSA, including Project Management, Resource Management, Time & Expense, and Billing modules. Extensive development experience with: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce Salesforce Flows SOQL/SOSL Salesforce APIs Proven experience integrating Certinia with external systems (e.g., HRIS, Financial platforms) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, especially related to Certinia. Experience with trigger frameworks, integration patterns, CI/CD, and deployment strategies. Strong technical leadership background?code reviews, mentoring, architecture guidance. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Good-to-Have Skills Experience with DevOps tools like Copado, Gearset, or similar. Salesforce Platform Developer II certification. Certinia/FinancialForce professional certifications. Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications. Consultant certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud) helpful for end-to-end Quote-to-Cash understanding. Latest Salesforce certifications (added advantage): AI Associate, Data Cloud, Agentforce Specialist. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions on the Certinia PSA platform. Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to coding best practices. Work with BAs, architects, and product owners to convert PSA business requirements into technical solutions. Review code, enforce Certinia-related development standards, and drive architectural consistency. Customize and extend Certinia PSA modules for Project Management, Resource Management, Time & Expense, and Billing. Manage and troubleshoot PSA integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware. Guide developers in building LWC components, Lightning pages, Dynamic Forms, and automated flows. Serve as a point of contact for offshore/onshore coordination and stakeholder communication. Actively participate and contribute to Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives. Ensure quality through test coverage, unit testing, and continuous integration practices. Stay updated with Salesforce and Certinia releases and propose platform enhancement strategies. Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex PSA issues and drive root cause analysis.
