SAP EAM, S/4HANA – Plant & Fleet Maintenance

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Any UST India Location

Must-Have Qualifications

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
7+ years of experience configuring, deploying, and managing SAP ERP, with strong focus on:

Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)
Plant Maintenance (PM)
Fleet Maintenance

Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP EAM implementations on SAP S/4HANA
3+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience preferred
Experience supporting site deployments and sustainment activities

Core SAP EAM / Plant & Fleet Maintenance Skills

Strong hands-on experience across Plant and Fleet Maintenance processes, including:

Administrative Maintenance
Corrective Maintenance
Preventive Maintenance
Emergency Maintenance
Dispatch and Scheduling
Refurbishment
Warranty Claim Processing
Spare Parts and Inventory Management

Strong knowledge of Plant & Fleet Maintenance master data, including:

Equipment, Functional Locations
Task Lists, Maintenance Plans
Bills of Material (BOMs)

Experience with data readiness and site readiness activities for deployments
Proven experience in solution sustainment and delivery for multi-site environments

SAP Asset Manager

Hands-on experience with SAP Asset Manager, including:

Mobile maintenance execution
Integration with SAP S/4HANA EAM
Support of field maintenance use cases

Delivery & Agile

Experience working in SAFe / Agile delivery models
Ability to support localization decisions while maintaining global template standards
Experience ensuring lift-and-shift opportunities across markets, including integrations with retained legacy or SAP systems

Good-to-Have Qualifications
