Overall Objectives of Job: (If multiple sections, accord weightage to each section) The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Developer position, provides programming development, maintenance and support for IAM related services and integrations 100% PART 3 Duties And Responsibilities List in order of importance and state approximate weightage accorded to each. Candidate will be responsible for: - Implementation of Identity & Access Management solutions based on the One Identity(Dell One Identity tool ) 30 Responsible for various software development phase like Analysis, Development, Testing etc., and maintain secure & high-quality code. Should have good working knowledge in OIM Tools like Web Designer, Processes, IAM Manager, Designer & Sync project etc. 30 Integrations of application(Target System Integration ) & Release Support 20 Work with application owners and service providers of existing or new services for development. 20 PART 4 Qualification, Experience, Technical And Functional Skills Graduate Or Post Graduate Degree in computer science, information technology, or similar field, plus recent computer application programming experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 8-10+ years? development experience in One Identity Access Management Tools (Dell One Identity Tool). Should have good working knowledge in 1IM Tools like Web Designer, Manager, Designer & Sync project etc. Good experience in any of the programming language either c#.net or vb.net Good experience in database like SQL server. Good to have knowledge Or added advantages of having experience in REST API , WCF Good understanding of Product development life cycle. Good understanding of Identity Lifecycle, Access Management & Application provisioning/de-provisioning Good to have knowledge of Scrum methodology Good to have knowledge of Azure . Good to have knowledge of Active directory. Azure Active Directory experience will be a added advantage. Good to have fluent communication and interpersonal skills .
