Job Description

Role Description UST is seeking an Automation Engineer with exposure to manual testing. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and expertise: Skills Required Java, Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, RestAssured, JDBC XML/JSON parsing Data-driven testing using Feature files, Excel, JSON, etc. Key Responsibilities Leverage the existing framework to automate new test cases across multiple areas, including: UI SOAP and/or REST Web Services Relational and Non-relational Databases Maintain and enhance existing test scripts across the above areas. Provide detailed updates on automation and regression execution status, with clear reporting from the framework. Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to prioritize upcoming automation requirements. Work with functional teams and DevSecOps to coordinate data refresh (if required) and ensure proper configuration prior to regression executions.
