Job Description Location: Chennai/Trivandrum/Pune/Noida/Gurgaon/Bangalore Experience Range: 5 to 7yrs About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Sales Cloud . The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that drive business value and enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, primarily across Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. Work with product managers and program teams to develop customized solutions aligned with business needs. Analyze and translate business requirements into well-architected Salesforce solutions. Design scalable, efficient, and industry-standard solutions using Salesforce best practices. Support and develop system integrations within Salesforce, backend systems, and AWS technologies. Stay current with new Salesforce releases, features, and technologies; recommend improvements. Manage and resolve ad-hoc requests and service tickets. Ensure development aligns with governance, coding standards, and security guidelines. Must-Have Skills Strong expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Visualforce). Hands-on experience in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations. Experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, etc.). Proficiency in system integration (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven integrations). Experience designing scalable Salesforce solutions following best practices. Ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and translate requirements. Good-to-Have Skills Exposure to or experience with AWS technologies. Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Git, CI/CD). Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant). Experience with OmniStudio, Einstein, or Experience Cloud. Familiarity with Agile methodology
